Return conditions
- Change of mind
If you change your mind after receiving the product(s), you can return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your purchase (counting from the first day of system’s confirmed receipt). Product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, which means remain as unopened and unused, we do not accept any product back that has been used or opened. After receiving the returned goods, we will examine the goods condition before arranging exchange process.
Customers are responsible for all shipping cost related to return enquiry.
- Package arrived damaged
If the package arrives in a damaged condition, please do not accept the package and report to the courier immediately. We will then rearrange a replacement again.
If the package arrives in fine condition but the product(s) inside the package is somehow damaged or broken, please send us the photos of the damaged package or goods within 3 days of receiving your purchase. We will send a replacement to your delivery address and pick up the damaged goods at the same time.
Refund process
A refund takes up to 10 – 15 business days to be credited back to your original payment method.
